Terminal Velocity - 120 lbs
Terminal Velocity is my biggest bot, a 120 pound Middleweight. It was actually my first robot, although the current incarnation of it is very different from the original design. The weapon is a large vertical spinning bar that spins upward (when it is right side up). This huge weapon causes most of the problems with this bot, it's been very difficult to keep it from breaking itself.

Terminal Velocity Version 1
The first version had the drive wheels in front, and dragged the tail. While the weight distribution was more ideal for driving, it was unable to recover from being flipped over. This was taken before my first ever fight, in April 2004 at the SDC event.
Broken Blade
Broken blade at RoboGames 2006. The other half hit the arena wall and nearly penetrated the 1/2" lexan!
Terminal Velocity - Batteries
The batteries I made. Although they are built as two packs, they are electrically 4 packs. The weapon gets 2 in series and 2 in parallel for 36v, and the drive runs off all 4 in parallel for 18v.
Terminal Velocity ready for RG06
Ready for RoboGames 2006. The current bot is mostly unchanged except the blade and weapon hub are a new design.
